A Member Price Group allows you to Tag customers into Groups. This can even be done on sign up via Forms, or manually in the Contacts area, simply by tagging each customer into a Group. When that customers logs in, they now see their price against each product, with a strike through your normal RRP price (Was Price).
As standard, you can create 10 Price Groups for each product, but more can be available on request. You might decide to have Price Groups for Sales, VIP, Staff, Locals, whatever you like.
MOBLE even allows you to put use Price Groups on Variants, so you could have a VIP Price Group with a discount price for a Shirt in XL, but there is no discount in XL for none VIP members. This opens up vast opportunities right out of the box, with no configuration or developer support required.
So why are Customer Price Groups better than Loyalty Clubs?
It's simple. With powerful tools like MOBLE, you can Password Protect pages so that only logged in members of certain Member Price Groups can see. On these Pages you may decide to include a Widget, so display Products that are on special, for that Member Group. You may now send that Member Group regular updates to that Page, so that they can see what is on offer specifically for them (e.g. weekly/monthly notifications that are personalised for that Group).
With this methodology as appose to Rewards Programs, you are always in control. If an item is overstocked in the XL size variant, you might only offer a discount for that size. Or, you might choose to offer 5% off for S,M and L, but 10% off for XL. You are in control to tactically make Loyalty Specials based on your inventory, and the current wholesale price of your goods at that moment in time.

In addition, all enquiries are stored in your 'Enquiries Area'. We also support this enquiry with valuable features such as the 'IP address' of where the customer was when they submitted the enquiry, along with a Google Map. Member Management
In addition, to storing Enquiries, you may also pass those Enquiries to your CRM. We have out of the box integrations for Salesforce, Pardot, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, ActiveCampaign, Autopilot and Hubspot. If you have a CRM that you would like to pass your enquiries to, be sure to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you, as we strive to offer more and more integrations based on the requests we receive from our customers.
As mentioned above, you can choose to tag customers into Member Groups, and also assign them into Member Price Groups. This gives you powerful member management to manage password protect pages that members have access to, and special pricing that they may unlock.
Member Permissions
You may restrict access to Pages, Products, Categories, Events, Blogs and Landings to specific Member Groups. You simply have to assign a Member Group to any page to restrict access only to that Member Group.
If somebody tries to access a restricted page and they are not logged in, they are instantly redirected to a Member Sign Up and Login page. Once logged in, they will be instantly redirected back to that page. Just be sure to make sure that your Member Signup Form is tagged with that Member Group, and everything else will automatically happen, with no additional development required.
Companies Management
In addition to a list of Members, you may also tag your Members to Companies. This can be important to structure your data in accordance with your CRM and Accounting Structure. For example, if you need to send Invoices to Companies rather Contacts, this allows you a powerful tool to manage Companies effectively and export/integrate data in an efficient manor.

The reason why Open Source solutions have become so prevalent is that they are often good for the designer that builds the website, but they are rarely good for the Business that uses them after the build.
If you've had a website before, you already know the decision of choosing 'Open Source' versus Proprietary is a little bit silly.
The assumed benefit of Open Source is that your developers have access to control and build on your code, but in reality this isn't actually what's happening.
Platforms like WordPress are Open Source, and straight out-of-the-box, lack features. You'll almost always need to add Plugins to deliver what you need. In most cases, your developers don't create your Plugins, they use proprietary ones. In which case you're offered freemium that you design uses to build initially, before you're later asked to pay to unlock the features you need.
