Our cloud hosting infrastructure is provided by industry leaders including Amazon, Rackspace, and Google.

AMAZON

• Data files, such as images, are hosted on Amazon S3 CDN (Content Delivery Network) for high availability. Amazon S3 runs on the world’s largest global cloud infrastructure, and is designed from the ground up to deliver 99.999999999% of durability.
• Files are delivered via Amazon CloudFront, which has at least a 99.9% availability guarantee (during any monthly billing cycle).

RACKSPACE

Rackspace is our cloud application server provider. Rackspace has a 100% network uptime guarantee and a 99.99% availability on all of our Cloud Load Balancers in any given monthly billing period.

• Cloud application and API (Application Programming Interface) servers are also monitored by Rackspace Monitoring Services - a 99.9% availability guarantee in any given monthly billing period.
• Cloud servers’ data are backed up automatically via Rackspace Cloud Backup.
• 24x7x365 access to a dedicated account team on Rackspace.

GOOGLE

MOBLE utilises a number of API (Application Programming Interface) services provided by Google, including:

• Map API for maps and location information
• Translation API for translations
• Cloud Vision API for AI powered image recognition
• Analytics APIs for web tracking and analytics

MOBLE also use Google's Compute Engine VM (Virtual Machines) for computational intensive tasks.

CLOUD HOSTING SECURITY

Our cloud application server provider Rackspace utilises a multi-layered approach to securing our cloud services and infrastructure meets the strictest industry standards including:

• ISO 27002 and 27001
• PCI-DSS, SSAE16
• SOC (Service Organisation Control) 1, 2, and 3
• Privacy Shield and Content Protection and Security Standard requirements.

Data files hosted on Amazon S3 CDN, such as images, are redundantly stored on multiple devices across multiple facilities in an Amazon S3 region. Data in transit is protected by SSL - SHA-256 with RSA Encryption.

Cloud Server data backups on Rackspace Clouds backup are only accessible our private key with AES-256 encryption (an approved standard for top-secret data).
